Cingular Local Plans
According to reviews, Cingular is become quite a popular
service provider. They offer great prices and deals with
satisfactory call quality. Although, their coverage is still
spotty in some areas, where you can go from having strong
reception to none. As for the region plan, it doesn't offer
unlimited mobile-to-mobile minutes.

They instead offer more anytime minutes then any of the major
service providers. Most competitors don't offer very much for
plans that cost $30 a month. For example, AT&T's $30
local plan offers 250 anytime minutes with no evenings, weekend
or mobile-to-mobile. Cingular offers 300 anytime and 1000 evening/weekend
minutes for the same price.

should only be used as guidelines as they could be different in
